North Korean Leader Kim Jong Il Dead, Aged 69

Statistics show that Kim Jong Il on February 16, 1942 was born in the border Baekdusan secret camp in September 1950 to 1960 studied at the Pyongyang red Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and Pyongyang Namsan Middle School, graduated from Kim Il Sung in 1964 university political and economic system.

June 1964 to February 1974, Kim Jong Il has appointed chief of the Korean Workers Party Central Committee, Vice Minister, Minister of the Korean Workers Party Central Committee secretary of the Korean Workers Party Central Committee Political Committee. From October 1980, he served as the Korean Workers Party Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee, secretary. 1982 to 1998, he was elected representative of previous North Korean Supreme People's Assembly. December 1990 to April 1993 he served as supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, and first vice chairman of the National Defense Commission chairman. October 8, 1997 he was appointed General Secretary of Korean Workers Party. September 1998 and September 2003 were re-elected chairman of the National Defense Commission. In March 2009, Kim was elected as the 12th Supreme People's Assembly on behalf of the members. In April, the National Defense Commission Kim Jong Il re-elected as chairman. September 2010, meeting of the Korean Workers Party elected Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Korean Workers' Party.

Kim Jong Il in 1975 and has twice been awarded the 1982 "Republic Heroes" title. In April 1992 he was Democratic People's Republic Field Marshal title. He also was awarded three times and won the Kim Il Sung, Kim Il Sung Prize Medal and other decorations, medals and titles.

Kim Jong Il visited China in 1983. In May 2000, January 2001, April 2004, January 2006, May 2010, August 2010 and May 2011, he was an unofficial visit to China. August 2011, he was passing through and paid a visit to northeast China.
